William (Bill) T. Crowley, age 80, passed away on July 19, 2020. Bill became a special agent in 1966 with the then Intelligence Division, now Criminal Investigation of IRS’s Manhattan office. Later on in his career he became a computer forensic expert for the organization. Immediately after his retirement from government service in 1995, he opened a private investigative business specializing in computer forensic work.
Bill is survived by his wife Fran, 4 children and 8 grandchildren. Bill was an avid fisherman. Bill and Fran’s address is:
